IMPORTANT NOTICE

Walkway resurfacing will begin Nov. 3rd.
On Monday and Tuesday, the ramps on both ends will be ground down and resurfaced. Do not park your car on either side of a ramp as you may get debris flying. They will also begin power washing on Tuesday. Please remove any mats or floor objects by Monday evening. Do not put them back out until all work is completed.
First floor residents should not schedule any appliance, furniture, etc. deliveries the week of November 3^rd. Amazon and FedEx will have to leave deliveries in the lobby
They will begin work on the south walkway on Wednesday or Thursday which means you will have to use your rear entrance on those days. They will then move to the north side when they finish the south side.
It will take about 6 hours for the seal to dry before you can walk on it. Please do not walk on it until all cones and caution tape have been removed.
This is a safety update as the grit finish is 5 years old and needs to be reapplied.
