Hello Terrace Park #27 Owners,

We would like to inform you that at the Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday, August 20, 2026, the Board approved the reinstatement of background checks for all new buyers and new tenants.

Effective immediately, new sale and lease applications will require the applicable background check as part of the Association’s approval process.

The updated downloadable Sale Application and Lease Application are posted on the Sales/Leasing tab.

Please be sure to use these updated applications when submitting a new sale or lease for Board approval.

SPECIAL ASSESSEMENT MEETING FOR CARPORT REPAIRS THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2026, AT 4PM

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Tuesday May 19th the condensate lines were cleaned. If you reside in a Unit that ends in 9 or 15, please put double vinegar in your A/C units. These stacks had a lot of debris.

On Thursday May 21, the painters will be repainting the first floor walkways starting on the North side of the building. Residents from units 115 to 109 will have to exit and enter through their patio doors. The walkways need 8 hours to dry and no wheeled items for 24 hours. Residents on upper floors should use the elevator or the middle staircase. On Friday May 22 the painting will continue on the South side from Units 101 to 106.

Recent Work 

The dead palm tree was removed. It has been replaced with two smaller Roebelenii palms. Another Roebelenii palm was added next to the flagpole. In addition, Cheryl DiCicco donated a fourth palm which was planted on the peninsula in memory of Paul DiCicco.

The locks on all four storage rooms have been changed. If you have not received your new locks, please see Cheryl DiCicco.

The window in the lobby bathroom has been replaced.
